## Self-Deception and the Pursuit of Truth

In ancient days when Stoics sought the light, Zeno warned that lies we tell ourselves Erode the grasp of knowledge, dim our sight, And chain the mind where honest inquiry delves. Yet now machines compose the scholar’s page, And vitamins rewrite genetic fate, While giant insects challenge oxygen’s stage— Each beckons us to pierce the veils we create. For self-deception lingers in our age, In politics and science, hope and fear; To seek the real amid the AI rage Demands the courage truth alone holds dear. Thus may we question every cherished creed, Lest falsehoods plant what wisdom cannot heed.

## Climate Patterns and Planetary Forces

Beneath the swelling equatorial sea, The Pacific warms in accelerating stride; A Super El Niño stirs, wild and free, To drown the South and hush Atlantic’s tide. Yet far above, in orbit cold and vast, A lonely Jupiter-world circles alone, Its atmosphere a mirror of the past— While ancient cows on subantarctic stone Reveal how small founders with hybrid blood Can thrive where logic says they should not be. The planet turns; its forces understood Remind us nature’s script we cannot flee. From orbital eyes to island DNA, Earth writes its story in its own fierce way.

## Politics of Defiance and Democratic Norms

When courts deliver rulings sharp and clear, Some cry “insurrection” rather than obey; Gerrymandering plots and voting fears Reveal how power’s loss can lead astray. From California’s jungle-primary fight To governors weighing children’s changing fate, The tribal rage burns hot beneath the light— Old norms erode, replaced by new debate. Yet mothers’ quiet strength and unborn life Are championed still amid the shouting throng; In every age, through tumult and through strife, The republic tests if truth can make us strong. For when we choose which laws we will defy, We gamble with the very soul we fly.

## Space, Exploration, and the Long View

From lunar rockets taking shape once more To Artemis photographs of swirling blue, From lonely planets 900 years from shore To astronauts who glimpsed the unknown too— Humanity still lifts its eyes above The petty wars and daily noise below. In vacuum silence and in mothers’ love, We find the threads that help our spirits grow. Though AI writes the papers, storms reshape the land, And politics grows ever more absurd, The ancient call remains: explore, expand, And seek what lies beyond the final word.

## AI, Culture, and Shifting Power

While Gemini turns handwritten notes to guides, And frontier models plan and execute alone, The culture roils with roasts and viral rides— From Spencer Pratt’s AI campaign to tones Of bitterness in politics and beer. Mothers are praised, yet gender questions flare; Elon builds full stacks toward the stars from here, As cats console the emotionally aware. In every realm the old gives way to new— The question is not whether change will come, But whether wisdom, courage, love, and truth Can steer the vessel through the rising foam.

Williams, Gladstone InstitutesMay 10, 2026No Comments7 Mins Read Facebook Twitter Pinterest Telegram LinkedIn WhatsApp Email Reddit Share Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Pinterest Telegram Email Reddit Scientists developed a genetics-first framework to uncover rare diseases that may respond to targeted vitamin therapy. In a mouse model of lethal NAXD deficiency, high-dose vitamin B3 dramatically extended survival and corrected signs of disease, suggesting a simple treatment could have powerful effects when matched to the right genetic condition. A new study suggests that certain genetic diseases may be treatable with carefully matched vitamins, including a deadly childhood disorder that responded strikingly to vitamin B3. Scientists at Gladstone Institutes have taken an unusual route in the search for treatments for deadly genetic diseases. Rather than choosing a disease first and then looking for a therapy, they started with vitamins and used a systematic approach to find genetic disorders that might respond to large doses of specific supplements. With this strategy, the researchers found that vitamin B3 supplementation successfully treated NAXD deficiency in mice. The rare genetic disorder is devastating in children, who usually die within the first few months of life. In a new mouse model of the disease, vitamin B3 therapy extended survival by more than 40 times and removed signs of the condition. The work also pointed to dozens of additional genetic diseases that may be treatable with vitamin B2 or B3. If confirmed, the findings could create new paths for treating rare diseases with therapies that are relatively safe, inexpensive, and widely available. Gladstone scientists developed a new framework that matches vitamins with genetic diseases and helped uncover that high-dose vitamin B3 can dramatically extend survival in mice with NAXD deficiency. Credit: Gladstone Institutes “Our goal is to revisit classical vitamin biology with causal and rigorous frameworks,” says Gladstone Investigator Isha Jain, PhD, senior author of the new study published in Cell. “Rather than randomly supplement... It could summarise a paper, clean up a dataset or draft an abstract. Researchers were still in charge of the thinking. That changed in late 2025 when cutting-edge “frontier” AI models became capable of reasoning and planning reliably by themselves. A key feature of these models is “tool calling” – the ability to interact with external tools in order to act on the world, not just describe it. This marks the rise of agentic AI: systems that do not just respond to instructions but can independently plan, execute and iterate. In science as in other fields, chatbots have become coworkers that can autonomously complete real work, end to end. An example of this is Tokyo-based Sakana AI’s The AI Scientist. Unveiled in mid-2025 and now in its second iteration, the Japanese tech company bills this as “the first comprehensive system for fully automatic scientific discovery”. The AI Scientist scans existing literature, generates hypotheses, writes and executes code, analyses results and produces a full research paper – largely without human involvement. It reasons, fails and revises, just as a junior scientist would. The proof? An AI Scientist academic paper describing “a pipeline for automating the entire scient... [Truncated]",

Welcome back to Forgotten Fact Checks. This week, we look at the Democrats’ response to a Virginia Supreme Court ruling on redistricting, and we cover more media misses. ‘Give Us Gerrymandering or Give Us Death!’ When the Virginia Supreme Court rejected the state’s mid-decade redistricting effort last week, Virginia House Speaker Don Scott issued a statement saying, “We respect the decision of the Supreme Court of Virginia.” But in the days that have followed, it’s become clear that many Democrats do not, in fact, respect the court’s ruling, which dashed their hopes to create a map that favored their party by a margin of ten to one. While Virginia voters approved the new map in a referendum last month that cost the state $5.2 million, the court’s majority found that the legislature made procedural errors in how it placed the question on the ballot last month, thereby rendering the referendum vote “null and void.” Pundits and lawmakers are now floating several ideas to bypass the court, including open defiance or even a complete takeover of the court. Credit: ShutterstockShare this post Share on X Send through Whatsapp Copy the link For years, giant prehistoric insects were considered proof that Earth once needed oxygen-rich air to sustain oversized life forms. A new study published in Nature is now challenging that assumption. The findings revisit a theory that has shaped paleontology and evolutionary biology for decades. Researchers say the new evidence suggests scientists may need to look beyond atmospheric oxygen to explain why enormous insects once dominated ancient skies. Roughly 300 million years ago, Earth was a very different planet. The continents formed the supercontinent Pangaea, while dense coal-swamp forests covered equatorial regions. This environment supported remarkable biodiversity. Amphibians, early reptiles, fish, and arthropods thrived, while giant invertebrates filled the air. SCIENTISTS ONCE BLAMED OXYGEN FOR GIANT INSECTS The connection between giant insects and atmospheric oxygen became widely accepted during the late twentieth century. In the 1980s, researchers developed techniques capable of reconstructing the composition of ancient atmospheres. According to a 1995 study published in Nature, oxygen levels peaked around 300 million years ago, coinciding with the appearance of giant insects in the fossil record. Scientists proposed that elevated oxygen concentrations allowed them to grow much larger than modern species. Insect flight muscle showing microscopic oxygen tracheoles. Credit: Antoinette Lensink The theory focused on how they breathe. Unlike mammals, insects do not have lungs. Instead, they use a network of tiny air-filled tubes called the tracheal system, which moves oxygen directly through the body. Even smaller branches, known as tracheoles, carry oxygen to tissues and muscles through diffusion. Scientists long believed this process placed strict physical limits on ins... [Truncated]",

Arnold Schwarzenegger to give all candidates an equal chance at the ballot is now being contested. In California, the primaries — dubbed the “jungle primaries” — work in a way where the two candidates, regardless of party, who secure the top two positions in the June primary advance to the general election. Now, a newly filed application is aiming to change that. New research reveals a personality trait that predicts who will seek out cats for comfort instead. Published on May 11, 2026 at 07:15 | Written by Arezki Amiri | Reading time : 4 minutes © New Study Reveals That Cats May Help The Ones Who Need It Most. Image credit: ShutterstockShare this post Share on X Send through Whatsapp Copy the link Cats rarely appear in structured stress-relief programs on university campuses. A newly published study suggests that the people who stand to benefit most from feline interaction are the very ones already seeking it. The research, published in the journal Anthrozoös, found that individuals with strong, highly reactive emotions express a clear preference for spending time with cats during animal-assisted interventions. Researchers surveyed more than 1,400 university students and staff from over 20 institutions. They identified a link between the personality trait called emotionality and a heightened interest in cat visitation programs. Emotionality, a dimension within the Big Five personality model, captures how intensely a person experiences feelings and how readily they react to them. “Emotionality is a pretty stable trait; it doesn’t fluctuate and is a quite consistent feature of our personalities,” said Patricia Pendry, a professor in Washington State University’s Department of Human Development and co-author of the study. “We found that people on the higher end of that scale were significantly more interested in interacting with cats on campus.” Pendry and lead author Joni Delanoeije from KU Leuven in Belgium examined whether adding cats to campus stress reduction events would attract participation. More than 85 percent of existing programs feature only dogs. The team also asked whether university employees wanted access to these interactions, since staff members are often excluded, as detailed in the findings published by Washington State University. WHY CATS CALM CERTAIN PERSONALITIES The WSU findings sit alongside separate evidence on the physical effects of human-cat contact. The Cornell Feline Health Center has highlighted research showing that ten minutes of petting a cat or dog l... [Truncated]",

Published on May 11, 2026 at 14:30 | Written by Arezki Amiri | Reading time : 4 minutes © A Forgotten Herd Survived For Generations On An Empty Island. Image credit: ShutterstockShare this post Share on X Send through Whatsapp Copy the link Five cattle abandoned on a remote subantarctic island in 1871 built a wild herd that defied extinction for more than a century. When scientists finally sequenced their DNA decades after the last animals were killed, they overturned a long-standing assumption about how these unlikely survivors adapted to one of the planet’s most isolated environments. The herd did not shrink through rapid island dwarfism, a genetic study has now revealed. Instead, the animals likely arrived already small and carried a hidden genetic advantage. Published in May 2026 in the journal Molecular Biology and Evolution, the research reconstructs the genetic history of the feral cattle of Amsterdam Island, a 21-square-mile French territory in the southern Indian Ocean roughly 2,760 miles southeast of Madagascar. Geneticist Mathieu Gautier led the work with collaborators from INRAE and the University of LiĂšge. The team used preserved DNA from animals sampled in 1992 and 2006, sequencing eight whole genomes and genotyping ten more. WHAT THE DNA REVEALED ABOUT THE HERD’S ORIGINS The analysis uncovered two distinct ancestral roots. About three-quarters of the cattle’s genetic background matched European taurine breeds, specifically today’s Jersey cattle. The remaining quarter aligned with Indian Ocean zebu, animals tied to warm climates and related to cattle from Madagascar and Mayotte. Mixed Jersey and zebu ancestry gave the tiny founding herd a genetic edge from day one. Image credit: Shutterstock That mixed ancestry can prop up genetic diversity from the start, even when a founding group is tiny. The study suggests the five founders brought to the island by a farmer named Heurtin may have carried blended ancestry before leaving RĂ©... [Truncated]",

In the war against the Islamic Republic of Iran, the United States is “losing.” In fact, the president may have already “lost” his “disastrous and irrational war” with the theocrats in Tehran. Trump is reportedly chastened by his failures, and the far-reaching consequences that America will suffer as a result of this epochal setback are only beginning to come into view. At least, that’s what we’re hearing from the highest echelons of American public life. Yet, as military historian John Spencer recently observed, these are subjective appraisals. Wars are not won or lost in the comments section, and victors are not determined by vibes alone. Rather, they should be “judged through military capability, economic endurance, political cohesion, freedom of action, strategic leverage, and the ability to sustain power while degrading an opponent’s.” Those who want to know what it looks like when a great power is losing a war should look to Russia. The “symbolism” of this year’s “diminished” Victory Day parade in Moscow is “hard to overstate,” read The Economist’s coverage of Vladimir Putin’s comprehensive embarrassment this week. It made big news at the time. Now, it hardly feels like news that, a year into his tenure, Pope Leo XIV — the first pope born in the United States — cited that line by Mother Teresa in one of his many remarks about the sanctity and inviolability of innocent, unborn human life. Speaking to young people who were participating in the “Political Innovation Hackathon” conference earlier this year, he chose to talk about an inconvenient truth. “No policy can genuinely serve the people if it denies the unborn the gift of life, or if it neglects to support those in need, whether in their material circumstances or in their spiritual distress,” the former Cardinal Robert Prevost said. He explained the concept of peace as a pope would. Peace, he said, “is above all a gift.” Moreover, it is also “a covenant, which binds us to one another and commits us to safeguard it where it exists and to pursue it where it is absent.” Finally, he said, “Peace is a promise, because it opens before us the hope of a better wo... Credit: Andrew Higley One night last fall, University of Cincinnati astrophysics graduate Paul Smith waited anxiously for data to start rolling across his computer screen from the James Webb Space Telescope a million miles from Earth. The telescope was directed at an object even farther away—much farther away. Smith is studying a planet 901 light years away. That means light from its star takes 901 years to reach Earth. The planet is named after this star, TOI-2031A, in accordance with NASA's unpoetic, numbered naming conventions. The TOI stands for Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite Object of Interest. Even though it was a clear night, the star was too faint to see with the naked eye. Its starlight captured in the space telescope was generated in the Middle Ages. Smith and his research partners beat out other scientists for precious telescope time. Roughly 90% of research applications don't make the cut each year in the competitive peer-review process. Now they were hoping their calculations were correct and the planet would cross in front of its star during their allotted observation time. University of Cincinnati astrophysics graduate and current geosciences student Paul Smith visits the Cincinnati Observatory's historic telescope in Mount Lookout. Smith spent a 20-year career at P&G and another 10 as a writer and speaker on business leadership before returning to UC to study physics and geosciences. Particularly when it’s being spread by their own side. ‘T here’s no guarantee to free speech on misinformation or hate speech, and especially around our democracy,” Minnesota Governor Tim Walz once insisted. That was hardly a marginal outlook within the Democratic Party. “Misinformation can erode people’s confidence in elections,” Connecticut’s deputy secretary of state, Scott Bates, agreed, “and we view that as a critical threat to the democratic process.” He and his fellow Democratic officials warned that false political narratives are often promoted by hostile foreign powers, and they can lead the unstable to violently lash out at their surroundings. In their report on the “crisis of disinformation and misinformation” in America, Joe Biden’s advisers pledged to “counter the influence and impact of dangerous conspiracy theories that can provide a gateway to terrorist violence.” These and other Democrats were wrong to contend that Americans’ civil rights were contingent, but they had reason to worry that those who are susceptible to suggestion are liable to act on their delusions. The questions are marked below with the label Q, and my answers with A, respectively. In an hour, I will be boarding a plane to New-York City to appear in a cameo playing myself on the movie set of “Sol Hershkowitz’s Guide to Extraterrestrial Life”. It should be straightforward for me to play myself, as you may tell from the interview appended below. *** Q: The Trump administration released the first batch of so-called UFO files last week. Some of the highlights include obscure images of what could be anything in former astronaut Buzz Aldrin observing a fairly bright light source while on Apollo 11 and a 1963 government memorandum showing the Kennedy administration’s concern that the government wasn’t prepared for human to alien contact, however unlikely the possibility. Joining us now to make sense of these files is Harvard University physicist and head of the Galileo project, Professor Avi Loeb, a frequent guest on The Hill’s Rising, one of our favorites. Welcome back, Professor. Nice to see you. A: Thanks for having me. Q: Well, let’s just get right to it. What were you most intrigued by, as these files became available? A: Well, as we go back in time, we could see documents dating all the way to 1947 where high-level officials are communicating about unusual objects in the sky. All in all, there is no clear evidence for an object that is produced by some alien civilization. Some of the data is redacted. We have inconclusive images or videos. But the release serves a very important psychological purpose of bringing the conversation to the public domain both regarding the general public but also within science. Clearly, the Pentagon and the intelligence agencies are unable to identify the nature of some objects. There are two possible interpretations. One way to explain it is if the objects are human-made, they are produced by adversarial nations and they show the vulnerability of our defense system... [Truncated]",

Add Axios on Google Photo illustration: Brendan Lynch/Axios. Photos: Getty Images Three generational forces will converge this week — first in Washington, then in Beijing — in what could prove a hugely consequential stretch of Donald Trump's presidency. Why it matters: The coming days carry stakes measured in decades: war and peace in the Middle East, the trajectory of the U.S.-China relationship, and the rules governing the AI revolution. State of play: Trump's China summit was once seen as a de facto deadline for stabilizing the Iran war. But with Air Force One set to land in Beijing on Wednesday evening, the conflict remains unresolved. On Sunday, the U.S. finally received Iran's response to a one-page memorandum aimed at ending the war and establishing a framework for nuclear negotiations.Trump rejected the offer as \"unacceptable\" and accused Iran of \"playing games\" with the U.S. — leaving him days to recalibrate, escalate or arrive in Beijing empty-handed. Zoom in: Trump's presidency has long been building toward this week's summit with Xi Jinping, which White House spokeswoman Anna Kelly described as a trip of \"tremendous symbolic significance.\" Beneath the pageantry sits the defining geopolitical question of the century: whether the world's two superpowers can manage their rivalry, or are destined for economic rupture and military confrontation.Trump is expected to bring a roster of CEOs to Beijing as he pursues investment pledges and business deals aimed at easing tensions in an increasingly fraught economic relationship. The intrigue: Washington and Beijing have escalated a quiet sanctions war over Iran in the weeks leading up to the summit, turning the Middle East conflict into another front in their widening geopolitical rivalry. The Trump administration on Friday sanctioned three Chinese satellite firms for providing imagery that enabled Iranian strikes on U.S. forces — part of a broader U.S. push to choke off Chinese support for Tehran.Beijing has refused... Covered by: Anders Hagstrom and Bonny Chu WHAT TO KNOW The U.S. says Iran's latest peace proposal did not include provisions limiting the nation's nuclear program. The Iranian Foreign Ministry demanded that the U.S. release Tehran's frozen assets and end the naval blockade. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned on Sunday that the conflict is \"not over\" until Iran’s enriched uranium is removed and its nuclear enrichment sites are fully dismantled. A U.S. report states that recent drone activity over Gulf states is sourced back to Iran. Officials say Iran is likely seeking to keep oil prices high amid negotiations. {{#rendered}}{{/rendered}}24PostsBack to TopNew Updates 4:50 PM, May 11, 2026Pinned TRUMP EYES RENEWED MILITARY ACTION AS IRAN NEGOTIATIONS BREAK DOWN President Donald Trump speaks during a White House event in Washington, DC, on May 6, 2026. (Kent NISHIMURA / AFP via Getty Images) President Donald Trump said Monday he is increasingly leaning toward resuming military operations against Iran following what he described as disappointing negotiations, according to Iran International, citing reports from Israel’s Channel 12. “Trump is going to hit them a bit,” one administration official reportedly said. “We wanted an agreement, but now everyone understands where this is heading,\" another senior official added. The warning comes just hours after Trump rejected Tehran’s peace proposal, calling the offer “unacceptable” and “a piece of garbage,” while calling the fragile ongoing ceasefire “unbelievably weak.” The potential move to renew military action comes after Trump was briefed at the White House on military options by U.S. Central Command, according to The Times of Israel. A co-founder of Rage Against The War Machine and Rescue The Republic, she is also a two-time congressional candidate for California’s 34th District. McArdle is widely recognized for her pivotal role in securing the release of Ross Ulbricht. Notably, she extended a controversial invite to Pres. Donald Trump to speak at the 2024 Libertarian National Convention, where he committed to pardoning Ulbricht—a promise fulfilled immediately following his election. During a highly contentious period leading the Libertarian Party, McArdle navigated intense internal divisions, built coalitions with the anti-war left, and spearheaded a joint fundraising agreement with Robert F. Kennedy Jr., all while facing significant political opposition—including personal threats and legal challenges from left-libertarian critics. Following Ulbricht’s freedom, she has dedicated herself to championing the release of other crypto prisoners, like Ian Freeman and Samourai Wallet developer Keonne Rodriguez. "og_description": "\n\nOriginal Video Description:\n\nDefinition of International Bitterness Unit and various other bitterness units used in brewing beer.\n\nFull Article Text:\nInternational Bitterness Unit INTERNATIONAL BITTERNESS UNIT A unit used by brewers to describe the bitterness—in moderation, a valued quality—of beer. Symbol, IBU, sometimes just BU. One International Bitterness Unit is equivalent to 1 milligram of iso-alpha acid per liter of beer. Measurements in IBU are useful in maintaining consistent quality in a brewery. Almost all beers fall in the 1-100 IBU range. A upper limit is reached when the beer is saturated with iso-alpha acid, somewhere around 110 to 120 IBU. A few examples of IBU measurements of familiar types of beer: everyday American lagers, 8-15 IBU ordinary bitter, 25-35 IBU India Pale Ale (American versions), 40-70 IBU (the American “Imperial” or “double” IP ales go as high as 120 IBU) Russian Imperial Stout, up to 90 IBU In Australia, beers with IBU values lower than four cannot be called beer.Âč In Germany selling Pilsner beer with an IBU value below 20 constitutes fraud. An extensive list of typical ranges of IBU values for various types of beer is provided by the Beer Judge Certification Program as a pdf file at www.bjcp.org/docs/2008_stylebook.pdf . The unit is standardized through cooperation between the American Society of Brewing Chemists, the Europe Brewery Convention, the Institute & Guild of Brewing, and the Brewery Convention of Japan. Standard analytical methods are published by several groups.ÂČ The European Bitterness Unit (EBU) is essentially identical to the IBU. Production of alpha acid samples for use in high pressure liquid chromatography analysis (the current state-of-the-art method) is supervised by an International Subcommittee for Isomerized Hop-α-acids Standards. The International Bitterness Unit is NOT a measure of perceived bitterness, but of the concentration of a certain class of chemical compounds from hops. Unlike, say, the Scoville unit for the heat of peppers, which was originally measured using human tasters, the IBU number for a beer has always been determined solely by objective chemical tests in a laboratory. No tasting is involved. It is easily possible for a beer to taste more bitter than one with a higher IBU number, particularly if they are of different styles. Beer is bittered to balance excessive sweetness of the malt. A difference in malts affects the perception of bitterness, even between beers with identical concentrations of iso-alpha acids. ©iStockphoto.com/fotolinchen The desirable bitterness is due to acids from hops, though less important sources exist... Add Axios on Google Photo: Kent Nishimura/AFP via Getty President Trump told Axios in a short phone call on Sunday that he would reject Iran's response to the latest draft agreement to end the war. Why it matters: The U.S. waited 10 days for the Iranian response, which came on Sunday. The White House hoped Iran's positions would show further progress toward a deal, but Trump's initial reaction signals the opposite. What he's saying: \"I don't like their letter. It's inappropriate. I don't like their response,\" Trump said, declining to go into further details about what was in the response. \"They have been tapping along many nations for 47 years,\" he said.In a post on Truth Social shortly after the call, Trump called the Iranian response \"TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!\" Driving the news: Iranian state media reported the Iranian response focused on ending the war and enshrining guarantees it won't resume, before anything else. Tasnim news agency, which is affiliated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps, reported that Iran's text \"stresses the necessity of lifting U.S. sanctions, ending the war on all fronts\" and ensuring Iranian management of the Strait of Hormuz.According to the report, Iran demanded an immediate end to the U.S. naval blockade upon signing. The response maintains the proposed format of an initial memorandum of understanding (MOU) followed by 30 days of negotiations, but insists on lifting U.S. sanctions related to Iranian oil sales during that 30-day window, Tasnim reported.Iran also demanded the release of frozen assets upon the initial signing of the MOU. Friction point: Those conditions, if confirmed, are a long way from what the U.S. negotiators were hoping for. Iranian state media also didn't specify any nuclear concessions Iran was prepared to make. State of play: Trump told Axios he'd spoken with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday and discussed the Iranian response, among other things. \"It wa... [Truncated]",

Your task is to produce a high-quality curated post using advanced grouping techniques:
- Employ sophisticated thematic analysis: detect latent connections, narrative arcs, opposing viewpoints, chronological progressions, intersections with current events, and deeper conceptual clusters.
- Create 3–7 meaningful, tightly coherent groups (avoid superficial or forced groupings; prefer fewer strong clusters over many weak ones).
- Choose precise, evocative topic names.

For each group:
- Start with "## Topic Name"
- Follow immediately with a classical rhymed and metrical poem (e.g., Shakespearean sonnet, Petrarchan sonnet, limerick sequence, heroic couplets, or similar form) that serves as an engaging, insightful preamble capturing the theme, context, and why it matters now. Present the entire poem in italicized Markdown by wrapping the whole poem block between * and * on their own lines (like a block). NEVER add **bold** around the ## group titles — output them exactly as plain ## Title Name.
- Then list the relevant bookmarks as bullet points:
  - **[og_title](url)**: One sharp, engaging sentence description (hooky, informative, and additive; refine og_description or write your own if better).
  - If og_image is a valid http/https URL, place the following immediately on the next line (no blank line):
    ![thumbnail](og_image)

Any true singletons go in a final "## Miscellaneous" section with the same format. // ← CHANGED TO ##

Output EXACTLY the complete clean markdown body for the blog post (starting with the first ## header; no extra text, no introductions, no closing remarks, no separators).
